Molly Montano, MSN, APRN, NP-C is a seasoned Nurse Practitioner with over 9 years of nursing experience and a passion for Women’s Health.

Molly earned her Master of Science in Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nursing in 2021 from the University of Connecticut. Her educational foundation also includes a 2013 Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Connecticut and a 2010 Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the College of the Holy Cross.

Beyond her certifications, Molly advocates for shared decision-making and patient-empowered healthcare. Molly navigates complex conditions with a focus on evidence-based treatments and a compassionate bedside manner. Molly’s diverse background includes a Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner and a Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner, showcasing versatility from formulating diagnoses to providing pre and post-operative care. She also has experience as a clinical nurse leader at Hartford Hospital’s Women’s Health Unit, where she earned accolades for leadership and mentoring in gynecologic & obstetric care.
