Whether you’re just beginning your fertility journey, considering preservation, or ready for treatment, there’s a package for you.
Single fresh cycle with in-house monitoring, retrieval, anesthesia, up to one fresh transfer, embryo cryopreservation and the first year of embryo storage.
Single egg retrieval cycle with in-house monitoring, retrieval, anesthesia, embryo cryopreservation, and the first year of embryo storage.
Does not include embryo transfer
Single egg retrieval cycle with in-house monitoring, retrieval, anesthesia, and oocyte cryopreservation.
FET cycle with in-house monitoring of up to 3 ultrasound appointments and 5 blood work appointments, Assisted Hatching, and embryo transfer.
Sperm wash, intrauterine insemination, and up to three ultrasound and blood work monitoring appointments.
Excluded from all packages: Medications, Diagnostic work-up, Outside monitoring, Embryo Biopsy and PGT, long-term cryostorage, medical treatment associated with an unsuccessful cycle (treatment for miscarriage, ectopic or biochemical pregnancy), and pregnancy monitoring.

The Fertility Access Initiative is our way of supporting patients who are paying out-of-pocket for fertility treatment. We’re stepping up by offering meaningful, upfront financial relief.
The FAI Program is available to patients who have no fertility treatment benefit under any health plan or insurance policy, have exhausted available fertility benefits, have been denied prior authorization or coverage for the selected services, are seeking services that are excluded or otherwise not covered under their health plan, or otherwise voluntarily elect self-pay treatment for the services included in the selected FAI Plan, regardless of whether insurance coverage may be available.
IVF with Fresh Embryo Transfer, IVF with Freeze-All, Egg Freezing, Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) or IUI. These discounts apply directly to treatment fees and are simple and transparent—no fine print, no hidden conditions.
The Fertility Access Initiative applies specifically to IVF with Fresh Embryo Transfer, IVF with Freeze-All, Egg Freezing, Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) or IUI. No other discount will apply.
Yes! The Fertility Access Initiative is compatible with both PatientFi and CapexMD, making treatment even more accessible.
This program isn’t retroactive.
Your enrollment includes one treatment cycle only. A cycle is one complete treatment attempt that typically takes about 30 40 days. It begins with your baseline ultrasound and ends with: your pregnancy blood test, if you are having a transfer or IUI, or the cryo/freezing date, if you are doing egg freezing or a Freeze All cycle. If you need additional treatment cycles, you will need to enroll in a new FAI Plan. If you choose not to re-enroll, any further services will be charged at our standard (non-bundled) rates rather than the discounted FAI plan pricing. In cycle monitoring for the FAI Plans must be done at one of our six locations (Farmington, Danbury, Hartford, Branford, Middlebury, Springfield, MA). Testing or monitoring performed at another facility will be your financial responsibility.
