LGBTQ+ Family-Building Services near Me

The Center for Advanced Reproductive Services proudly supports diverse paths to parenthood, and we welcome individuals and couples in the LGBTQ+ community who wish to grow their family. For decades, we’ve worked to support LGBTQ+ family building through compassionate and personalized fertility care.

As you look for LGBTQ+ family-building services near you, The Center is here to help. Our board-certified reproductive endocrinologists, on-site labs, and an extensive egg donor program provide fertility assistance tailored to your needs.

Personalized Fertility Services for LGBTQ+ Individuals

The Center uses assisted reproductive technology (ART) to help same-sex couples and LGBTQ+ individuals experience biological parenthood. Each of our fertility specialists and/or gestational carriers will guide you through our advanced procedures that can be performed using donor eggs, donor sperm, or a gestational carrier.

You deserve an effective and personalized treatment plan. That’s why we start the process with fertility testing for you and your partner to best understand what you need—and how we can help you get there.

Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)

IUI is a relatively simple and effective procedure that involves placing specially prepared sperm into the uterus through the cervix. Prior to insemination, our experienced specialists concentrate the sperm sample to ensure a high concentration of motile (or moving) sperm is used.

IUI is beneficial for lesbian couples or individuals who are pursuing parenthood using donor sperm. Because it is a minimally invasive outpatient procedure, IUI can be conveniently performed at any of our multiple locations, maximizing comfort and ease of access for our patients.

In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)

IVF is a versatile assisted reproduction technique that involves fertilizing an egg outside the body. Through a series of carefully orchestrated steps, mature eggs are retrieved through a procedure known as an egg retrieval, fertilized with sperm in our IVF lab, and then transferred to the uterus.

For same-sex male couples, a gestational carrier plays a crucial role in carrying the embryo to term. For lesbian couples, reciprocal IVF offers a unique opportunity for both partners to actively participate in the creation of their family. In this approach, one partner provides the eggs, which are fertilized with donor sperm and then transferred to the other partner’s uterus.

Donor Services

The Center prioritizes the unique needs of each LGBTQ+ patient. We offer comprehensive donor services to facilitate your family-building journey through our Egg Donor program, which can provide viable eggs for couples or individuals undergoing IVF. Ensuring our donor eggs are of the highest quality, each of our egg donors is carefully vetted by our specialists, considering their health, habits, family history, and age.

Additionally, our experienced team can assist you in finding a trusted sperm donor for any ART procedure as part of our dedication to offering guidance and recommendations to identify reputable resources for egg and sperm donation.
