Dear Valued Patient,
I wanted to notify you about my upcoming maternity leave. Barring any unexpected complications, I plan to begin my leave on August 3, 2023 with an anticipated return to the office in November 2023.
While I am on leave, I will not be available for consultation. However, my colleague, Dr. Prachi Godiwala, will manage your care during my absence.
Dr. Godiwala is a lead physician at the Center for Advanced Reproductive Services (CARS). She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and board eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI). Her REI Fellowship was completed at CARS and the UConn School of Medicine. Dr. Godiwala has authored many publications, posters and presentations on fertility topics. I feel confident that your care will not face any significant disruption with this brief transition as you will be in Dr. Godiwala’s very capable hands.
